"I ordered two vehicles and specifically requested two Mercedes as I wanted to impress some important clients.
Two weeks before the date of travel, I received an email advising that the Mercedes vehicles could not be supplied as they were broken down. I challenged this and was assured that another company had been given the contract and that Mercedes vehicles would be supplied.
On the day of travel I received a further email and phone call to advise both vehicles were running late and only one Mercedes was available due to another breakdown.
The first vehicle was 20 minutes late, the second vehicle was 50 minutes late from the originally booked time.
Whilst communication was good throughout I do not feel I received good value given the issues we had."

"I made a mistake and booked for the wrong date. I called the next day to cancel. I received a cancellation confirmation and was told I would not get a refund despite the fact it was still over 8 hours until the pick up time. I complained and asked for a full refund but was told that was against your policy and I’d have to go online to request a refund. Then at the pick up time the two cabs arrived. I sent them away. I’m afraid your customer service is poor and I won’t use you again."
