"The level of service was absolutely appalling and we travel a lot to London and thought we would try your company – what a mistake ! The booking was cancelled via e mail at 330am on the day of travel and then we were asked to re book which I did. I spoke to the taxi company a number of times on the morning of the 10th asking for pick up details. They kept saying we would receive details and the driver would contact the passengers. I received numerous emails confirming and then cancelling the booking on the morning the passengers were travelling. When the passengers arrived at Kings Cross there was no taxi and no contact, Eventually after the passengers made numerous calls they spoke to someone who said the taxi would be late. The guy on the telephone struggled to speak English eventually they established he was near MacDonalds. The car was far from a luxury chauffer experience, the vehicle was really dirty inside and out. The driver didn’t seem to know where he was going and took lots of side roads resulting in the 30 min journey taking over 1 hour. The return journey on Sunday – the taxi was late arriving and only then after the passengers made numerous calls to be told we are Muslim and we can’t come yet !! When he did arrive he asked the time of the train and was told 1315 and they arrived at the station at 13.09 !!! I booked these journeys for my boss and the whole experience has been totally unacceptable especially when the original booking increased in price on the day of travel and the service received was absolutely appalling and resulted in lots of stress for the travellers who thought they were going to miss their return train. "

"The taxi never arrived. Customer services took over an hour to tell me that they had failed to secure a taxi and I would have to arrange my own transport with someone else. "

"Dreadful experience and will never use this service again! Car was supposed to be there at 10.15 but we were ready at 10 so called to see if it could come earlier. Firm advised that the driver had a flat tyre and would be 15 mins late - not a problem. Then we heard nothing so had to call back 4 or 5 times to get the registration of the new driver, being told every time that he was 15 minutes away! Eventually (at around 10.45) the Controller gave me the number of the driver so we could call him ourselves. Controller was rude and could not understand him, driver was OK but made us both feel sick with his driving, not fast but constantly accelerating then really slowing down. Also there was a loose bottle in the boot that kept banging every time he braked. All in all we were very late home and I will NEVER use this service again!!"

"I could not make a Taxicode account, therefor did not know where we would be picked up. We were outside, section C.. driver inside and therefor we waited for almost one hour. Issue has been fixen by the customer service agent from taxi code. Thanks "

"I ordered two vehicles and specifically requested two Mercedes as I wanted to impress some important clients. Two weeks before the date of travel, I received an email advising that the Mercedes vehicles could not be supplied as they were broken down. I challenged this and was assured that another company had been given the contract and that Mercedes vehicles would be supplied. On the day of travel I received a further email and phone call to advise both vehicles were running late and only one Mercedes was available due to another breakdown. The first vehicle was 20 minutes late, the second vehicle was 50 minutes late from the originally booked time. Whilst communication was good throughout I do not feel I received good value given the issues we had."

"I made a mistake and booked for the wrong date. I called the next day to cancel. I received a cancellation confirmation and was told I would not get a refund despite the fact it was still over 8 hours until the pick up time. I complained and asked for a full refund but was told that was against your policy and I’d have to go online to request a refund. Then at the pick up time the two cabs arrived. I sent them away. I’m afraid your customer service is poor and I won’t use you again."
